Machining: We are in an excellent position to offer a good and well balanced machining capabilty from the one-off through to small and medium size batches. Our capacity includes turning, milling (including VMC capability) and horizontal boring.

Turning:
We can machine from small diameters up to 500mm and 3 metres between centres. Using the very latest in Programmable Centre Lathes we are able to produce high precision components, not only consistently but quickly.

Milling:
We have varying Milling capacity up to a Huron NU4 Universal Milling Machine. Table size 55" x 19" c/w Newall 3X13 Millpack D.R.O.

Vertical Machining Centre:
A fully programmable VMC capable of machining items up to 1000mm x 500mm x 450mm high.

Boring:
Our boring capacity consists of two horizontal borers, both with indexing top tables and 3 axis DRO. Up to a range of 1800mm cross travel and 1500mm vertical travel. As you expect of a versatile Machine Shop we also have capacity for Grinding (both Cylindrical and Surface), Drilling, Slotting, and Broaching.
